DRYWALL & PLASTER REPAIR

From small jobs like patching a hole in a wall, stress cracks, and lifting tape seams - to larger repairs that require replacing water-damaged wallboard or resurfacing walls or ceilings. All of these things are essential prior to applying any coats of finish paint, so let my expertise help you.

CARPENTRY REPAIR

Aside from replacing rotted wood (both interior and exterior) before a painting project, Lavender Painting also offers framing, baseboard, casing, and moulding installation.

INSTALLATIONS

From toilets to faucet fixtures, I can install the right stuff for your bathroom or kitchen. Looking to swap out your outdated doorknobs and hinges? I will help you find something to better suit your tastes, and bring out the best with the smaller details. I will also install new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and replace old receptacles and switches.

POWERWASHING

Powerwasing the exterior of your house is an essential part of preparing the surface for fresh paint. It's also a great way to clean up decking, patios, concrete, walkway and fences.

FLOORING

Like painting, flooring can really help change the feel of a room. Currently, I offer hardwood floor installation as well as tile work and laminate flooring.
